photoblog image High tide.

High tide.

Back again after a stormy fortnight in Snowdonia..We stayed in the touring caravan.. Three of those days were of gale force winds,so couldnt do much at all,but we enjoyed it all the same.

This picture of Barmouth was taken without a tripod, but the ISO was very high..I'll try not to bore you with a long series, and post shots from various places in Snowdonia.

It was nice to be home again though.

You have captured the very essence of high tide in the evening here Ron

Nice early evening shot Ron. We were in Porthmadog the whole of your first week in Snowdonia. I didn't know till Linda remarked one day you were in the area, shame about that, we could have arranged to meet up for lunch one day somewhere nice.
Ron Sanderson: That is such a shame..because we were in Porthmadog during the first week too Brian...We would have loved it...Thanks for the comment.

I very like this atmospheric picture: the lights are on and are reflected in the river, the last works will be done, then is closing and leisure-time- und es wird gemütlich!
Ron Sanderson: Thank you Philine.
That's absolutely gorgeous.

Love the 'oily' water, the splattered reflections ,,, the lot.

Into my likeys!
